  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, ginger, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve the chicken over the cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
