  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
