Juicy and flavorful ground chicken burgers that are perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Favorite sauce (e.g., mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 3/4 inch thick and ensure they are evenly sized.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan or preheat the grill.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  5. Toast the burger buns until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burgers with a patty on the bottom bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, and sauce, then cover with the top bun.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid pressing down on the patties while they cook to retain moisture. Consider marinating the chicken for extra flavor.
