  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine diced mango, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
