A flavorful and juicy grilled chicken dish made with a simple marinade of garlic, paprika, honey, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C) while the chicken marinates.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, let the chicken marinate as long as possible, ideally a few hours or overnight.
