A flavorful and healthy bowl featuring grilled chicken, tender broccoli, and a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or a dairy-free alternative
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add broccoli florets. Cook for 3-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, add olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
  5. To assemble, place grilled chicken and broccoli in bowls, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and add lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Let chicken rest for a few minutes after grilling to retain juices. Experiment with herbs for added flavor.
