Savory, wholesome Greek turkey patties made with ground turkey, fresh herbs, and feta cheese, perfect for healthy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey (99% fat-free)
  • 2 cups chopped baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, diced red onion, minced garlic, fresh dill, fresh oregano, fine sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Gently mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese and fold gently to maintain the cheese’s texture.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape them into small patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
  6. Serve two patties per person with tzatziki sauce, a fresh green salad, or roasted veggies.

Notes

Let the mixture rest before forming patties for better flavor melding. Cook a test patty to check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
