  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 large lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together until well mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once marinated, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
