  • 1 cup cooked orzo pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, orzo, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
