A delightful Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a crispy crust and juicy meat that brings warmth to any dinner gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
