Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Dip each thigh into the olive oil and garlic mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Dredge the coated thigh through the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, pressing gently to make sure the coating sticks.
  5. Place the coated chicken thigh in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Repeat for each remaining thigh until all are coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, checking that each thigh reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. For extra crispiness, place the baking dish under the broiler for about 2 minutes to brown the cheese.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and garlic mixture for a couple of hours or overnight.
