A delightful dish combining juicy chicken, tender potatoes, and a luscious garlic Parmesan crust, perfect for weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken and potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
