Delicious and tender chicken meatloaves blended with garlic and Parmesan, topped with marinara sauce for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of baking, top each meatloaf with marinara sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Letting the mixture rest before baking enhances flavor. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
