A light and flavorful twist on traditional meatloaf using ground chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese for a moist, savory dish.

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
