  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and add to the sauce.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, stirring to combine everything well.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
