A delightful and healthy dish featuring tender chicken breasts infused with garlic, complemented by vibrant broccoli and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and drizzle with soy sauce (if using).
  8. Toss everything together and serve warm.
