  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes to ensure the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
