Transform ordinary chicken breasts into culinary masterpieces filled with vibrant pesto and melted mozzarella.

  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each pocket with pesto and mozzarella cheese.
