  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 1 lime, for squeezing

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
