Instructions

  1. Begin by creating the flavorful marinade. In a small glass or bowl, combine the avocado oil, honey, tamari, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Whisk until the mixture blends seamlessly.
  2. Transfer chicken thighs into a bowl with a secure lid or a ziplock bag. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken. Ensure each piece is thoroughly coated by tossing gently. Seal the container and let the chicken marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Once marinated, place the chicken thighs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for approximately 25 minutes until the chicken is tender and golden.
