Delightful Hawaiian chicken that combines tender chicken breasts with a sweet and savory marinade, creating a tropical flavor experience.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. In the last few minutes, add sliced bell peppers and onions to the grill/skillet.
  6. Serve the chicken topped with the grilled vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

For best results, marinate chicken for a couple of hours or overnight. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
