A flavorful and easy recipe for crack chicken made in a crock pot, featuring tender chicken breasts, creamy ranch seasoning, and topped with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cooking liquid.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve on buns, in wraps, or over rice.
