  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the black pepper and salt to taste; mix well.
