  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.

  6. Return the sliced chicken to the skillet, and toss everything together.
