A flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with dill pickle ranch dressing and a crunchy, cheesy crust.

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds), sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Generously season each chicken breast with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and spread the dill pickle ranch dressing evenly over each piece.
  5. Combine half of the grated Parmesan cheese with the plain breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  6. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken after dressing them.
  7. Evenly distribute the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow resting for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh dill.
