Ingredients
Scale
1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the roast beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss the mixture to ensure even seasoning.
Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the seasoned roast beef followed by a generous sprinkle of cheese in the middle.
Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end, and fold in the sides as you go. Make sure they’re secure to prevent any filling from spilling out during cooking.
Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with melted butter for a crispy finish.
Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a preheated skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and the cheese melts.
While the roll-ups cook, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and additional garlic powder and onion powder in a small saucepan. Heat gently to meld flavors.
Serve the crispy roll-ups with the hot dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños into the beef mixture.
