  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: taco seasoning or your favorite spices for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts directly in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and serve in tacos, salads, or bowls.
