A comforting and creamy slow-cooked chicken dish with ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rice or sandwich buns for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over rice, in sandwich buns, or enjoy on its own.
