  • 4 tbsp homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
  2. Top with taco seasoning, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 180-240 minutes or low for 360-480 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it using two forks or a stand mixer.
