Delightful crispy Parmesan chicken paired with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any family dinner.

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in your skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken once the oil is hot.
  4. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the pan.
  7. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Pour the cream into the skillet while stirring continuously.
  9. Add the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  10. Stir in the chopped spinach and simmer for 2-3 minutes (if using).
  11. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top.
  12. Allow the dish to simmer for an additional minute before removing from heat.

Notes

For the perfect crispy texture, pat the chicken dry before seasoning. Avoid overcrowding the pan for even cooking.
