Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
