Deliciously crispy fried chicken wings that bring joy to any gathering. Perfectly seasoned and easy to make.

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • At least 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, coating thoroughly and shaking off excess flour.
  4. Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or large pot.
  5. Carefully drop in several wings, frying for 8-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to remove wings and transfer to a cooling rack.
  7. Let them drain before serving.
