Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Dredge each chicken strip in the seasoned flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove and let drain on paper towels. Serve hot with preferred dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider using Panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. Always let the oil heat properly before adding chicken.
