  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil, tossing until evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and toss to coat.
  6. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack, ensuring they don’t touch.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
