Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Hot sauce or BBQ sauce for tossing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Optional: Toss wings in hot sauce or BBQ sauce before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For an ultra-crispy finish, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
