  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet with a wire rack and line it with aluminum foil.
  3. Dab the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, tossing to coat.
  5. Lay the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch each other.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings every 20 minutes for even cooking.

Notes
