  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, green onions, and pickles to the bowl.
  4. Gently mix until everything is well-coated.
