Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken bites for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Set the cooked chicken aside on a plate.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring in the Parmesan cheese, along with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. If you prefer a bit of brightness, incorporate the lemon juice at this stage.
  5. Toss the grilled chicken bites in the creamy garlic sauce or drizzle the sauce on top. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat or fresh herbs like thyme into the sauce.
