A rich and creamy garlic Parmesan chicken pasta that combines comfort and nutrition, perfect for family dinners.

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lb lean chicken breast
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and slice the chicken.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
