A comforting and creamy pasta bake featuring tender chicken, garlic, and melted Parmesan cheese that’s perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring constantly.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted to create a smooth sauce.
  6. Combine the cooked chicken and drained pasta into the sauce, adjusting the consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or Italian seasoning while cooking the sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce’s consistency.
