A comforting and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken breasts, aromatic garlic, and a rich Parmesan sauce over spiral pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces spiral pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions, then set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and becomes smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mixing to combine well.
  7. Slice the chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese and do not overcook the garlic.
