A comforting dish featuring fettuccine pasta draped in velvety Alfredo sauce and tender pieces of chicken.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
