  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups rice (white or brown)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions, using chicken broth for added flavor.
