Delicious crack burgers that elevate traditional flavors with ground chuck, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • â…“ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cooked crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Let the patties rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once until they reach your desired doneness (medium-rare at 145°F or well-done at 160°F).

Notes

For an extra kick, consider mixing in additional seasonings like garlic powder, smoked paprika, or crushed red pepper.
