A delicious homemade version of the classic McChicken sandwich featuring crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (ground)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, ensuring even thickness.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Once the internal temperature reaches 165°F, remove the patties from the skillet.
  6. To assemble, spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce and tomato slices, place the chicken patty on top, and cover with the top bun.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
