Delightful chicken teriyaki bowls served in fresh pineapple halves, combining juicy chicken, sweet pineapple, and crunchy bell peppers.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pineapple, halved and cored
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Prepare the pineapple bowls by cutting the pineapple in half and removing the core.
