  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. While cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Toast the burger buns if desired.
