  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to create your teriyaki marinade.
  2. Marinate the sliced chicken breast in the sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until tender yet vibrant.
