  • 1 lb chicken breast, marinated in shawarma spices
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup tahini sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breast in shawarma spices for at least one hour or overnight.
  2. Grill or sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice into strips.
  3. Layer the cooked rice or quinoa as the base in a bowl.
  4. Add a generous amount of chopped lettuce on top.
