Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage
  • Pasta (any type of your choice)
  • Bell peppers (sliced)
  • Fresh spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Slice chicken sausages and add to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  5. Add bell peppers and spinach, cooking until veggies are tender.
